He earned a Bachelor of Science in business at Linfield College before receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, and he is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Andrew’s professional background includes working for Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis and practicing at a large national law firm in Houston, where he handled multidistrict class-action labor and employment litigation. He returned to Oregon and the Willamette Valley in 2006.
